About Us

We are 3Dwise. Our world is all about applying 3D Revit technology to benefit the built environment, and we strive to do this in a wise fashion.

Although a relatively new business, we draw on years of involvement in the construction industry. The combination of experience and knowledge gained in the design office as well as working “hands-on” on major construction sites allows use to apply this 3D technology in a realistic and buildable manner.

We don’t build “attractive” models that provide no useful benefit on site – we develop Building Information Models that save time, money and effort. Real solutions for complex problems.

We are passionate about what we do. We work with professionalism, expertise, efficiency and a drive for quality. We take a proactive approach and deliver on time, on budget and work hard to ensure we exceed your expectations.

Roger Cook is a qualified Building Designer & Architectural Draughtsman with over 25 years experience in the Architectural Industry in the UK, Australia & New Zealand.

Over his career, Roger has worked on all types of building projects – from Houses to Hospitals, Military to Mining, Retail to Residential Apartments and everything in between.

He has obtained relevant qualifications and worked as a draughtsman, building designer, design manager and project manager.

However, his real passion is in the field of 3D modelling and applying this technology in the most effective way possible. He has worked with Revit since 2004.

Roger can be best described as an “old-school craftsman” who has developed from the days on the drawing board, through the advancement in Computer Aided Draughting (CAD) and Building Information Modelling (BIM) technology. This winning combination of experience allows 3Dwise to apply new world technology to improve on traditional methodology.

Now based in the beautiful Cotswolds district in England, he also has a passion for Heritage architecture. Examples of his manual ink-drafted working drawings for heritage projects are stored in the Queensland State Archives in Australia.
